To order an instructional file go to the E-mail Order Form, enter the information in the fields provided, select the Items you want and method of payment. Send the form by clicking on the "Place Order" button. You will get a confirmation screen where you can double check the information you typed and print out a copy of the order for your records. Please check this for mistakes. If you find any, please resubmit your order and the first, incorrect one will be deleted.
I get many orders that do not finish with sending a payment. These orders are kept on file for 4 weeks. If payment is not received by that time the order is deleted. If you have forgotten to send in your payment after 4 weeks, you will have to send in a new order form for your order to be processed.
Payment for your order can be made by PayPal (includes Credit Cards), Money Order or Check. Follow the instruction below for the method you wish to use.
Use the link at the bottom of this page to go to the E-mail Order Form and fill it out with your wish to pay by mailing a personal check, cashier's check, or money order selected as method of payment. Checks must be in US funds only. After clicking on the "Place Order" Button, you will get a confirmation screen. After proofing your order, click on the Finish link and you will get a screen with the address to send your payment.
When I receive the E-mail Order Form, I will send you an e-mail confirmation
of your order which will also include the address to send your check. When payment
is received and check is cleared You will receive an e-mail with instructions
on how to download your files or confirmation that the cd, dvd, or printed manual
has been sent by Regular Post. Shipping included to Continental United States
by U.S. Post only.
Shipping to other Countries may add to the price.
The e-mail with the download instructions for the Duct Tape Double, Edition 3, PDF File includes a link will that will stay active for 48 hours from sending time of this e-mail. So, just in case some strange thing happens while you are downloading, you can try again within the 48 hours (with no worry about being recharged) by just reclicking on the link. Please secure your download within the 48 hours to avoid being recharged for another link. I recommend that you save the file to your hard drive or a floppy disk, then you can view it or print it out when you are ready.
I think most people understand why I am unwilling to post my address openly
on this site. With the goofy e-mails I already receive, I'm not interested in
getting hassled by weirdoes trying to find out where I live. Thank you for understanding

You can then use your exsisting PayPal account, create one, or use a credit card without creating a PayPal account. PayPal will process your payment and send both you and me a confirmation of your payment. I never see your credit card information and PayPal keeps it safe.
My credit card company is PayPal. I do not take credit cards outside of PayPal. I do not have any other way to process credit card orders. PayPal is a safe company and I have used and trusted them for many years without any trouble. If you disagree with that, you have every right to. Just don't be asking me if you can call and give me your credit card information outside of the PayPal system.
Please observe PayPal's safety measures by providing the same address on my E-mail Order Form and PayPal's form as your Credit Card Billing address.
